Buy Tickets Online Tutorial

What follows are sample screen shots and a basic explanation of the process of purchasing tickets online with Guelph Little Theatre.

Step 1 - Select the production you would like to attend

Step 2 - Select the show date you would like to attend

Step 3 - Select the section of the theatre you would like to sit in.

Step 4a - Select the seats you would like to sit in. Hover over any of the empty boxes to see the seat number.

Step 4b - Scroll down to find the Continue button.

Step 5 - Select the ticket type (currently only one choice). If you are feeling generous then please make a donation to the theatre (every dollar helps us). Our current projects are the replacement of the theatre seats and upgrades to our auditorium. Select your free shipping method. The PDF file with your tickets will be emailed to you (specify email address in coming screen). After clicking Continue you have 7 minutes to complete the payment portion of the purchase. If you are unable to do so the seats will return to be available online to all patrons.

Step 6a - Confirm the tickets specified are the ones you want. Fill in all required (*) fields.

Step 6b - Scroll down and continue to fill in required (*) fields. Also please provide us with your comments about your experience with the ticketing system or anything else with respect to the theatre. We would love to hear from you but don't forget you only have 7 mins to complete this page.

Step 6c - Scroll down to the GLT Purchase Policy and to Confirm Order

Step 7 - Log into your email account to find an email from boxoffice@guelphlittletheatre.com and find your tickets attached as a PDF. Print the tickets.

Step 8 - Return to the ticketing system and buy your tickets now.
