Every spring, Wellington Hall produces a full-scale musical theatre production at Guelph Little Theatre. All students, from kindergarten to grade 8, perform in the play. Students, staff, and parents create costumes, make props and sets, and help with the technical aspects of the production.
The drama productions integrate many aspects our school programs, including music (singing), art (set design), technology (lights & sound), and physical education (movement & dance), and they give our students opportunities for leadership and growth.
The Ward One Acts

The Ward One Acts is an annual summer theatre festival hosted at GLT, which is conveniently located in Guelph’s historic Ward One municipal district. The festival provides an opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of theatre, both on and off stage, as well as a venue for new plays.
All plays are presented in the round with seating directly on the GLT mainstage.

In the mind-1800s, Wisconsin found themselves terrorized by an unlikely villain, Canadian-born Louis Mudge. No one dared to bring him down - until Chase Osborne, a tenacious but bumbling newspaper reporter, assembles a gang of misfits to take on the criminal empire.
Through catchy tunes, slapstick humour, and a series of misadventures, Black Sheep is a rollicking tale of underdogs, unlikely heroes, and the hilarious chaos that ensues when the most mismatched group of people unite for a cause bigger than themselves.

Musical Theatre Summer Camp

Follow the yellow brick road from story to stage in this imaginative musical theatre summer camp! Campers are invited to explore the magical world of Oz; where unlikely heroes, powerful friendships, and bold self-discovery take centre stage.
Through singing, dancing, acting, and creative storytelling, campers will work together to bring an original Oz-inspired story to life. Along the way, they'll develop performance skills, build confidence, and discover how characters and stories transform into theatrical moments.
No previous theatre experience required! Just imagination, curiosity, and a love of storytelling.
Open to ages 5-13
Running daily at Guelph Little Theatre from 8:30am - 4:30pm

Tickets for shows produced by Guelph Little Theatre can be purchased using a credit card through our online box office. Ticket providers for shows by other presenters vary. Please refer to the presenter's website.
Tickets can also be purchased in person at our box office prior to a show.
The GLT Box Office and Bar accepts all form of payment (cash, credit, debit).
Patron Safety
There are currently no screening requirements to attend a performance. Patrons who wish to wear a mask during the performance are welcome to do so.
